If indeed you’re experiencing time in the general sense – as a linear unfolding where there appears to be a past and present – it means you’re practicing something. So, be curious as to what you’re practicing. You might be surprised to find most of your practices perpetuate your experience with time; this is moving through the river as opposed to letting the river move you. Come to Free Range Meditation to practice not placing yourself particularly in the river of life, but simply understanding how you are oriented in the stream. Where ever you are in the river you are being moved by it.
